We ship our gemstones from Bahrain. Once your order is placed, you can either select your preferred shipping method at checkout and we’ll contact you within 1-3 business days to confirm your preference and provide a personalized quote.

If your gemstones don’t meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 business days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To initiate a return, please email us for the return address.

Ensure the gemstones are returned in their original condition, along with your order number and tracking information. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned items.

Please note that we do not offer returns on gemstones sourced via our conciergerie service.

If the country listed on your shipping address is not part of the GCC, exports from bahrain are subjected to 0% of VAT - under Bahrain VAT law. If you are located in the GCC, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE, we will need to apply VAT accordingly, in relation to the specific country.

We offer a gemstone concierge service for sapphires not listed on our website. If you’re looking for calibrated sapphires for custom designs or specific sizes and cuts, we’ll do our best to assist with your request.

Not all stones listed come with a certificate, as we source our rough gems directly from an industrial mine. However, we offer certification services upon request, at your expense.
