Refund policy

At Gems with Origin, we want you to be confident in every gemstone you purchase. Because each gem is unique, we set clear guidelines for returns and refunds.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 working days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify, the gemstone must be:
- In its original packaging,
- In the same condition as delivered,
- Unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must insure the return shipment at full value.
Gems with Origin is not liable for loss or damage to items during return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned gemstone is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will not include any certification fees, shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes paid.
If the item is returned damaged or altered, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Certification fees (if requested before shipment).
Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes.

We ship internationally through select courier partners (e.g., DHL, Malca Amit). Share your details and we'll review the best available options for your region.

REFUND POLICY

If you're not fully satisfied with your gem, you may return it at your own shipping cost. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.
