These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Gems with Origin online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Gems with Origin.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product information, pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars ($-USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full before gemstones are dispatched.
Buyers are responsible for any bank charges, conversion fees, or transfer costs related to their payment.
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All gemstones are shipped from Bahrain using trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, Malca Amit).
A shipping quote will be provided within 1–3 business days of your order.
Shipments include standard carrier insurance; additional insurance may be purchased at the buyer’s cost.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed by customs or special handling requirements. If additional delays apply (e.g., certification), we will notify you within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Gems with Origin is not responsible for delays or costs arising from customs clearance.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 working days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy.
Refunds will only be issued if the gemstone is returned in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Return shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility.
Certification fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Authenticity & Certification

All gemstones are described to the best of our knowledge. Natural inclusions, color variations, and other features are not considered defects.
Certification can be arranged upon request at the buyer’s expense. Certification fees are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gems with Origin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Liability for any claim shall not exceed the total purchase price of the gemstone in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.

REFUND POLICY

If you're not fully satisfied with your gem, you may return it at your own shipping cost. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.
